Why Midlife Performance Systems exists
This work grew out of my own lived experience, working in high-performance environments where sleep was often deprioritized, misunderstood, or treated as something to push through.
In midlife, fragmented sleep and inconsistent recovery quietly erode energy, focus, and resilience — even when someone is “doing everything right.”
